What do you mean by Great Customer Service, anyway?
This summer I dropped my 14 year off at Brewster Academy in Wolfboro, NH for a week of overnight soccer camp. Last year, I did the same, but at a different camp.
The experiential difference was shocking.
Brewster had an "easy breezy" check in process. Everyone was calm, friendly, and eager to help. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable. We were given an agenda, and the kids could even be updated by text message when needed by the directorship. Last year, at the other camp, we were walking around in circles after spending LOTS of time in a long line. The fee for both camps was similar.
How do you stand out? Are you a "Brewster Academy" (where we will return!) or are you....something else, perhaps less organized and ready with a "back end office" less organized than you'd like?
EVERNOTE - yes, the "note taking app", can, believe it or not, get that "back end office" cleaned up so you are able to shine. I'll show a privileged few just how on Sept. 8, 2016. See "how to sign up" in the right margin. There are about 12 seats, and it's nearly free, so register soon if you wish to rise above your peers.
Yours in productivity,
- Carol Williams
