Note from Carol
Dear Carol,
With everything to gain, and much to lose, it’s worth another look at the “right way” to not only plan, but to design a system that enables you and your team to (really) follow though this time. Without consistent and reliable methods for follow-through, your team will lose momentum, become disengaged, and possibly disgruntled. A disengaged team barely scratches the surface of productivity, whereas a highly engaged and motivated team knows no limits.

Evernote Tip of the Month
Start a Client Transaction Notebook for each client, and let your clients keep up with everything you want to share. They can add, too, if you give them permission.
You don't need to share everything with your clients. There are behind-the-scenes you are doing to get the transaction through to closing, and communications with other professionals involved. They are not important to your clients. Create two sub-notebooks, one for sharing with clients and the other for your own stuff and possibly share with the title company or others involved.

There is huge difference between WANTING to change & BEING WILLING to change. Almost everyone wants to change for the better. Very few are willing to take the steps necessary to create that change.
