If you are wondering what happened to January, come join us for an evening of Chinese food, fun, camaraderie, and....goal setting. Yours truly will be leading this expedition, and I promise you will get back into your groove for only $15! (Chinese food is extra.) Woo hoo!

There's so much pressure in January.

Then we get hit by the Love Bug in February, the flu comes to visit, and we are buried in snow. Oh my! Did someone say "derailed?"
